Though the woman in the case is is unnamed, his fellow "Below Deck" castmate Gael Cameron – with whom he shares 1-year-old son Kayden with – filed an Apprehended Violence Application against Gallagher, the mag additionally observed.

For context, an Apprehended Violence Application is meant to legally protect a person from someone who is stalking, harassing, intimidating, or threatening them with harm, according to the New South Wales court. A hearing for the case is set for Sept. 1.
