BHUBANESWAR: The administration railway police (GRP) on Friday arrested two persons in connection with the brutal assault of a mentally-challenged youth at Bhubaneswar railway station lately.

"The matter is presently under investigation by the agencies as per law. ECoR is extending all necessary cooperation in the matter, " it stated.
