As well as Full Stack Development, the five month program trained 44 young individuals from rural areas of Pakistan, including five female participants, in Artificial Intelligence and Agentic Development. The program combined structured learning with hands on, project based experience designed to prepare graduates for real employment.
All graduates of Cohort I have been placed into internships and employment, marking a program outcome that goes beyond training and certification alone. Bridging the Gap Between Academia and Industry.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Mir Nasir, CEO and Founder of xLoop Digital, highlighted the importance of programs that directly address the gap between academia and industry. He observed that initiatives such as this create a genuine opportunity for female participants to establish careers and work remotely, opening pathways to employment that were previously out of reach for numerous young women in rural communities.
"Programmes like this are how we close the gap between what our academic institutions teach and what industry actually needs. For our female graduates in particular, this is a real opportunity, a chance to build a career and work remotely, on their own terms, without having to leave their homes or communities to do it, " remarked Mir Nasir, CEO and Founder, xLoop Digital. Meanwhile, the ceremony was additionally attended by Faheem Haider, Managing Director of Mari Energies, Naseem Qamar, Director HSE, and Danish Iqbal, Chairman of xLoop, each of whom addressed the graduating cohort. Leaders encouraged students to take advantage of online opportunities and platforms that can enable them to build capability and achieve well for themselves and their families.
Mari Energies believes in investing in individuals, particularly young residents from the areas in which it operates. Its Corporate Social Responsibility approach is increasingly focused on initiatives that create opportunities, build capability, and deliver long term impact.
"If I can still be learning at this stage of my career, then certainly our young individuals can too. The world is evolving rapidly, and continuous learning is what will keep them relevant in it, " stated Faheem Haider, Managing Director, Mari Energies.

All graduates received certificates of completion, with top performers awarded shields and laptops in recognition of their achievement.
