According to a complaint submitted by Zain's brother, Ayaz, at Shadman Police Station and the office of the DIG, an assistant traffic warden stepped into the road and pushed Zain's moving motorcycle after stopping him for not wearing a helmet. Notably, the impact reportedly caused Zain to fall to the ground and suffer a skull fracture. He remained under treatment at Services Hospital before dying from his injuries.
