Mumbai: The National Stock Exchange (NSE) is considering reducing the size of its much-awaited initial public offering (IPO) to around ₹24, 000-25, 000 crore from ₹30, 000 crore, according to individuals familiar with the matter. While the cost band could be around ₹1, 750, the residents noted, the proposed share sale by existing stakeholders could amount to around 5% of the exchange's paid-up capital, compared with approximately 6% planned earlier.
