Under CDA regulations, offices applied by advertisers, sponsors, operators, consultants, contractors, real estate agents and marketing partners of unauthorized housing schemes can be sealed when development or marketing is carried out without an approved layout plan, NOC or building aims.
After the proceedings, the Directorate of Regional Planning asked the CDA Directorate of Enforcement to seal the marketing and site offices of Islamabad Green Paradise. The action was approved by the Director General of Spatial Planning.
CDA has additionally sought the removal or demolition of illegal works, buildings and structures in the scheme in coordination with the Building Control Directorate.
