LSE Financial Services Limited has confirmed intends to raise Rs. 159 million through the issuance of 159 million ordinary right shares at a cost of Rs. 1 per share, according to a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Monday.

In practice, the proposed matter will represent 58.89 percent of the company's existing paid-up share capital. Eligible shareholders will be offered 58.89 right shares for every 100 ordinary shares held.
