Its technical capabilities cover Huawei's BBU modules, RRUs and RFUs for wireless networks, XMC-2 and XMC-3 ODU modules for microwave systems, AC/DC digital power systems, and backed access-network boards.

Meanwhile, the facility is equipped with Huawei's specialized diagnostic and testing platforms, including HERT BBU testing equipment, BMTE V2, XMC Fault Detector, Dummy Load Tester, and DCDU systems, enabling detailed fault detection, testing, and repair operations.

Spread throughout approximately 250 square meters, the center has the capacity to handle more than 10, 000 modules annually, with over 6, 000 repaired components anticipated to be returned to service each year. Huawei estimates that local repair operations can generate annual savings by reducing replacement requirements and overseas repair costs.

Meanwhile, the repair facility is managed by an eight-member local technical team comprising a Team Lead/MR, five maintenance engineers, and two middle-level technicians. The team has received specialized training from Huawei's headquarters and has accumulated more than six years of Huawei maintenance experience.
