Speaking to ARY News, he remarked that if the investigation confirms lapses, the medical entrance test will definitely be held again in the province.

He observed that complaints of paper leaks surfaced in Sindh two years ago and the same situation has repeated this year, especially in Karachi.

He remarked those responsible should have been punished earlier, adding that hardworking students from Karachi must be given their due rights.

Nevertheless, he stated the MDCAT results, particularly from Karachi, were alarming and had prompted instructions to the health ministry.

Meanwhile, the committee has directed the ministry to form an inquiry panel, visit IBA Sukkur and coordinate with the testing service.

For context, a four-member professional inquiry team has left Islamabad and is projected to reach Sukkur on Friday.
