Hundreds of protesters, including All India Students' Association (AISA) president Neha Bora, Yogendra Yadav, were detained for a number of hours on Sunday as the p rotest demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter rolls entered its third consecutive day.
While some protested against CEC Kumar, others attempted to march towards Jantar Mantar to demand accountability and a probe into the journalists' allegations of sexual assault, on Sunday.
