IESCO Electricity Outage Schedule for 28 October

For context, the Islamabad Electric Supply Firm (IESCO) has confirmed scheduled power outages throughout parts of Islamabad, Rawalpindi City and Rawalpindi Cantt on Wednesday, October 28.

According to the shutdown schedule shared by IESCO, electricity supply will remain suspended on dozens of 11kV feeders, mostly from 9: 00 AM to 2: 00 PM, for annual maintenance, construction and development work, and maintenance of power transformers at grid stations.

While maintenance on two 132kV transmission lines will continue into the afternoon, some feeders linked to the G-13 and I-16 grid stations will face shorter outages around midday.

In Islamabad, outages are scheduled on feeders in Bara Kahu, Murree, Patriata, Kotli Sattian and a number of city sectors, including F-6, F-8, G-6, G-7, G-8, G-9, G-10, I-9 and I-10.
