Naugle glared around the room as he was charged with three extra felony accounts along with the two counts of murder he was already hit with by Placer County District Attorney Morgan Gire.

Naugle intentionally planned the two attempted murders by knife that he allegedly committed against his coworkers at the Dos Coyotes Border Cafe inside the popular casino, according to Gire.

"The complaint charges two counts of premeditated and willful attempted murder based on the conduct that occurred in the kitchen area, " remarked Gire. "It was a predetermined intent to kill."

"Video surveillance is a critical component to this case and allows us to sort of see exactly what happened as it unfolds, " he remarked.

Naugle had only been an employee of the casino for regarding six weeks at the time of the attack, the DA stated.

Dos Coyotes was closed after the attack, but the casino floor remained open for gamblers.
