For context, the scholarships are available to eligible female students pursuing bachelor's and master's programmes at HEC-recognised universities in Pakistan. The programme focuses on fields of study that are critical to Pakistan's future development, including: Education, Agriculture and Food Security, Sustainable Energy, Health Sciences, Climate Change, and STEM Engineering. STEM disciplines are eligible at both bachelor's and master's level. The scholarship supports award-holders with.
While undergraduate applicants can apply for backing towards four-year bachelor's degrees in eligible subject areas, for postgraduate applicants, the scholarship is available for two-year Master's/MPhil programmes.
Applicants must be Pakistani nationals at present residing in Pakistan, be pursuing an eligible degree at an HEC-recognised university and hold a confirmed admission offer. Minorities and persons with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply. The deadline to submit applications is 15 September 2026.
