As part of the third phase of the special cleanliness campaign being undertaken by the Bengaluru Central City Corporation (BCCC) to secure a better position in the Swachh Survekshan 2025-26 rankings, 21 public toilets were cleaned and over 2, 000 kg of waste was removed on August 19. During the cleanliness drive, plastic waste, paper, food waste, water bottles, dry leaves and solid waste accumulated around public toilets were collected and removed.
