North based mills recorded domestic dispatches of 8.946 million tons during the quarter, up 6.80 percent. Nevertheless, they recorded no exports compared with 661, 866 tons a year earlier, taking their total dispatches down 1.02 percent to 8.946 million tons. Trade Deficit Worsens Again.
