Uttarandrha Backward Classes Welfare Association President on Tuesday urged the administration to construct a permanent building for BC Study Circle with all amenities so that the students can prepare for competitive examinations in a hassle free manner. He visited the temporary BC Study Circle, functioning in Kaspa Municipal High School and expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of adequate amenities such as water, bathrooms, library and others. He said that almost 100 candidates were forced to stay in one room in the school. Mr.Madhu said that the students coming from villages and other towns are unable to have food during lunch hour in the absence of sufficient space in the room. He said that he would submit petitions to Vizianagaram MP Kalisetti Appala Naidu and MLA Aditi Vijaya Lakshmi for the construction of permanent building with all facilities. EOM
