Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has pledged to defeat the hostile elements' "inimical designs" aimed at obstructing the development of Balochistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) remarked on Friday.
