According to a firm spokesperson, HESCO first planned the project almost three years ago under Ministry of Energy directives. The center occupies a first-floor apartment in Power Wing Colony and caters to children aged six months to five years.

For context, the spokesperson remarked the daycare center provides separate sleeping arrangements, a dedicated play area and a study space. HESCO has additionally appointed five staff members to care for the children and supervise daily activities.

He remarked HESCO remained committed to employee welfare and better workplace facilities. In particular, he identified the needs of female employees and their children as a key management priority.

Dahri continued that the center would assist female employees focus on their professional duties while remaining confident regarding their children's care and safety.
