He expressed concern that, despite the passage of almost three years, the projects had not achieved the desired progress. Taking note of media reports regarding protests by the allottees of Green Enclave-I and their approach to the Federal Ombudsman, the Minister emphasized that the reservations of the allottees could not be ignored and that the Authority must demonstrate transparency, accountability and efficiency in resolving the matters and all feasible measures are taken for the completion of these projects.

Meanwhile, the Federal Minister directed that all pending inquiry reports be submitted within the stipulated timelines and pressed immediate action on their findings. He observed that unnecessary delays in the completion of inquiries were further aggravating the situation and creating uncertainty for senior bureaucrats as well as lower-grade officers and authorities who have invested their hard-earned capital in the hope of securing their own homes, but continue to wait unjustly for the completion of the projects. He further directed the FGEHA Board to take appropriate action in accordance with the findings and recommendations of the inquiry reports, ensuring that the process remained fair, transparent, justified and timely. During the session, the FGEHA Executive Board additionally considered and approved the Authority's annual budget for the financial year 2026-27.
