Islamabad Police has started conducting psychological tests of personnel deployed at the Safe City Authority to assess their mental fitness, personality, and professional capabilities.
The assessments are being conducted on the directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi as part of efforts to improve the performance and professional skills of officials performing sensitive duties.
Police said the tests are aimed at assessing the personalities, mental abilities, and physical fitness of the office-holders. The panel will prepare recommendations for each participant based on the results.
The findings will then be used to take necessary measures to strengthen professional skills, improve performance standards, and enhance the overall efficiency of Safe City personnel.
