Digital Pasban seeks to reach 200, 000 households nationwide through localized Urdu-language safety resources, instructional videos, parental toolkits, school-based safety clinics, and community outreach. The initiative brings together JazzWorld, Google, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Tech Valley, Beaconhouse School System, and HUM Network, with backing from relevant administration ministries, to promote safer and more responsible digital participation among Pakistani families.

Through the partnership, JazzWorld will backing efforts to promote greater awareness around responsible and safe digital participation, helping families better understand the opportunities and risks that come with climbed access to digital services.

Digital Pasban is built around four key pillars designed to support families navigate the digital world safely and responsibly: Google Family Link. It gives parents tools to manage screen time, app approvals, content filters, and device location; YouTube, which offers age-appropriate content settings and time-management features; Be Internet Awesome, which helps children aged 7-12 build essential digital citizenship skills; and Gemini, which supports responsible AI apply through safeguards for minors and its Guided Learning feature.

Meanwhile, the initiative will bring online safety education closer to communities through broadcast media, SMS alerts, partner social campaigns, and school-based town halls. At the heart of the programme are parent and guardian safety clinics, where families can learn practical ways to identify and respond to online risks and build the confidence needed to backing children in their digital journeys.

Digital Pasban builds on Google's broader digital skills and education efforts in Pakistan, including Digital Safar, through which more than 300, 000 students and 5, 000 educators have already been trained in digital citizenship, alongside a Punjab education partnership that has reached 1.5 million students through Google for Education.
