Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC) has revised the prices of Kia’s facelifted Sportage L HEV and Sorento hybrid variants in Pakistan after a recent change in the sales tax rate.
In an official notice, LMC said the tax rate change had caused a significant rate increase. The firm stated it would absorb most of the impact to reduce the burden on customers while offering updated features and hybrid upgrades.
Sportage L Facelift
The facelifted Sportage L features a new exterior profile, signature Star Map DRLs, redesigned front and rear styling, new alloy wheels and all black gloss skirting.
Inside, the facelifted model gets an all black design with Alcantara finishing, heated and ventilated seats with memory function and a new two spoke steering wheel. LMC said the Sportage L facelift is available with front wheel drive and all wheel drive hybrid options.
Sorento
LMC has also went on the Sorento 1.6T AWD PHEV to the lineup. While the 3.5L V6 variant retains its previous price, the firm stated it has absorbed most of the tax impact on the Sorento.
LMC said customers will bear any new or further duties, taxes or charges imposed by the government if those changes require a rate adjustment at delivery. The company additionally clarified that ex-factory prices exclude freight and insurance charges. EMI financing will no longer apply to bookings made after August 15, 2026.
