While lead consultant Dr Akhtar Ali Shah offered a detailed presentation on its key features, objectives and major components, during the session, participants shared suggestions and recommendations on the draft policy.

Samiullah Khan remarked introducing a transport policy was a matter of pride for the province and credited the transport department team for the achievement.

He remarked no other province had introduced such a comprehensive transport policy before.
