MAL Pakistan Limited – Marketing Alliance of ExxonMobil Lubricants & Specialties, and Hascol Petroleum Limited have formally entered into a Strategic Collaboration Agreement on 6th August 2026, marking a significant milestone set to reshape the lubricant retail landscape in Pakistan.
The agreement brings together Mobil’s globally trusted lubricant technology, backed by more than a century of innovation and expertise, with HASCOL’s extensive nationwide retail footprint of over 650 service stations serving customers nationwide. Together, the two organizations are creating one of Pakistan’s most accessible and trusted lubricant retail platforms.
The agreement was signed in Karachi by Mr. Khawar Jamal, CEO, MAL Pakistan Limited, and Mr. Javed Ahmedjee, CEO, Hascol Petroleum Limited, in the presence of senior management and colleagues from both organizations.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Khawar Jamal said, “The best partnerships are not formed as organizations need each other. Today’s agreement between MAL Pakistan Limited and Hascol Petroleum Limited is a testament to that.”
