According to a notification issued by OGRA, the LNG cost for the Sui Northern system has been reduced by $6.81 per million British thermal units, bringing the new rate to $19.03 per MMBtu from $25.84 per MMBtu previously.

For the Sui Southern system, OGRA reduced the LNG cost by $6.95 per MMBtu. The new cost has been set at $18.13 per MMBtu, down from the previous rate of $25.08 per MMBtu.

Notably, the reduction represents a significant decline in LNG rates for both gas distribution systems, with the cut for the Sui Northern system amounting to 26.36 percent and the reduction for the Sui Southern system reaching 27.71 percent.
