GM Chris Drury confirmed Friday the team re-signed restricted free agent defenseman Vincent Iorio to a one-year agreement. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.

For context, the 23-year-old joined the team last season after being asserted off waivers from San Jose on Jan. 31. Iorio skated in six games with the Blueshirts without registering a point.
