While the Art of Living will develop the Sri Sri Panchakarma & Tattva Centre and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidya Mandir, EBG Realty will develop the Carlton Wellness Retreat. The three facilities will function as interconnected elements of the larger development.

EBG Group will invest an estimated `45 crore in the Carlton Wellness Retreat. The project will cover regarding 55 acres and include 36 plots and 35 two-bedroom villas, with the development spanning approximately 105, 139 sq ft.

EBG Group Co-founder Hari Kiran remarked the wellness retreat would promote conscious living through low-carbon practices and native landscaping. "This is going to be a big thing for Ongole soon, " he remarked.
