Speaking during a media brief­ing at the Punjab Police Integrated Command Control Centre (PPIC3) Rawalpindi on Thursday, Khan at­tributed the drop primarily to the Crime Investigation Department (CCD), followed by the Rawalpin­di Police and the Safe City project itself.
