He was inaugurating the distribution of extra financial assistance sanctioned from the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF) for the Micro Plan project being implemented through the Kudumbashree Mission to backing the livelihood needs of the survivors at a function held in Kalpetta on Friday (August 21).
Mr. Siddique remarked the list of beneficiaries for the rehabilitation of disaster-affected residents would be finalised in a time-bound manner. As well as the takeover of existing loans and making agricultural land cultivable, would additionally be completed on schedule, he went on, compensation for traders and building owners who suffered losses in the landslides.
