After bilateral engagements between the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan and the Council of Higher Education (CoHE), Türkiye, on September 13, OIC-COMSTECH & APSUP hosted a high-level reception at Islamabad Club on September 14, bringing together senior academic leadership from Pakistan and Türkiye.
