He observed that Thullur held significant historic and spiritual importance, serving as the starting point for the landmark 'Nyayasthanam to Devasthanam' padayatra undertaken by farmers and women during their long agitation.

Furthermore, capital construction projects are being systematically managed on a project-by-project basis, with completed administration buildings slated for monthly handovers to ensure steady progress.
