Meanwhile, the 31st session of the Southern Zonal Council, chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, is due to take place on Thursday at a private hotel near Mamallapuram, concerning 40 km south of Chennai.
Mr. While Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C, shah, who was set to arrive in Chennai on Wednesday evening, will chair the session. Joseph Vijay will be the vice-chairman, a statement remarked.
