ISLAMABAD: Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani arrived in Islamabad on late Wednesday on an official visit to Pakistan at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar, the Foreign Office remarked in an official note.
Meanwhile, the Syrian FM, accompanied by a high-level official delegation, was received upon arrival by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' extra secretary (Middle East) at the airport. Al-Shaibani is visiting Pakistan from August 19 to 20.
