In practice, a marble plaque built in tribute to the founder of The Indian Express Group of newspapers, Ramnath Goenka, was inaugurated on Monday by Bombay High Court judge Somasekhar Sundaresan at Mumbai's Nariman Point, where the newspaper's office is located.
