The training covered HRMS (Human Resource Management System), e-Office (file creation, movement, noting and correspondence), UMID (Unique Medical Identity Card), preparation of official notes and letters, Microsoft Word and Excel, keyboard shortcuts and accessibility features for efficient office work.
