Former actor Sameera Reddy took to Instagram with her father, Chinta Poli Reddy, and shared that he has turned 93. "94 running, " he emphasised. Importantly, exercise should be individualised in older adults, particularly when there are reservations involving balance, joints, heart health or other medical conditions, " stated Goyal. Emotional well-being is equally significant, so elderly residents should remain socially connected and involved in activities they enjoy, " shared Dr Rao.
